You may return or exchange any item for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returns due to misunderstandings about specifications or other customer-responsible issues are accepted, but an administration fee (shipping, and handling) will apply.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was received:
Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
Receipt or proof of purchase attached
All components of bundled items (e.g., cables, accessories) included
Email cs@moonlit.market to request return authorization and receive a return form.
Returns shipped without prior approval or without a completed form will be refused.
No refund is issued until we have physically received and inspected the returned items.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping via your chosen courier.
If you prefer us to generate a return label, request it in advance and pay the associated cost; we will then send you the label.
Postage and related administrative costs are non-refundable when returns are due to customer error.
We will cover the cost of postage only if the item is found to have a defect. If the item is returned due to damage caused by you, or simply because you no longer want it, the cost of postage will not be covered. Additionally, if you request the return of an item that was damaged by you, you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs and taxes.
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. This has to be done within 24 hours.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact cs@moonlit.market immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the matter. Any issues/defects need to be reported within 24 hours. We reserve the right to charge a repair cost if we deem the damage has been caused by you.

iPods must have RockBox uninstalled before return.
iOS devices must be logged out of iCloud; returns with active accounts cannot be processed until logout is completed.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds (sticker price only) will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days—please allow additional time for bank processing.
If 30 business days pass after approval without a credit, contact cs@moonlit.market.
Items returned in damaged condition will incur a deduction equal to loss in value; exchanges for equal-value items cannot be processed for such returns.
For shipments lost by the courier, refunds will be processed once loss is confirmed by the carrier.
Declare the value at USD 5 or less when possible.
If the declared value exceeds USD 5, customers must prepay any import duties or the shipment may be returned.
Import taxes, if incurred, are non-refundable unless the relevant authority confirms otherwise.
