What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), cryptocurrency, and cash by mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via Royal Mail or UPS, depending on the selected method.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Delivery to the USA takes 5-7 business days, Europe 3-5 business days, and other regions around 7 business days. For high-value items (e.g., iPods or large orders), we use UPS for faster delivery (about 3 days worldwide).

How do I know the products are genuine and high-quality?

We take quality seriously. Each product undergoes rigorous testing and refurbishment to meet our high standards. We only source items from trusted suppliers and every single item is audited for defects when they come into our possession.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your parcel online.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at the moment.

How long will Classic Connect kits be available?

We plan to offer Classic Connect kits indefinitely and will continue to support them even after your warranty expires.

Are your modified iPods available on Amazon?

Not yet, but a selection of our products will be available on Amazon soon.


COMPATIBILITY

Is Rockbox compatible with Classic Connect?

Yes, Rockbox is compatible.

Can Classic Connect pair with any bluetooth headphones?

Most headphones that support A2DP should work, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every model.

Is it compatible with AirPods Pro 2?

Users have reported problems with AirPods Pro 2, especially when outdoors in busy urban environments. Others have reported no issues. For this reason, we don't officially support AirPods Pro 2.

Which audio codecs are supported?

Apt-X, Apt-X HD, Apt-X AD, and Apt-X LL are fully supported. Check the Classic Connect page for details.

Which taptic engine version is recommended for Classic Connect?

TECHNICAL

Is USB-C data transfer faster than the 30-pin connector?

No, both offer the same speed.

Do I need to bend the ribbon cable as shown in the instructions?

Yes, it's necessary to fit the battery. We recommend following our instructions for the best results.

Can I order the Classic Connect without the logo?

No, all kits include the printed logo.

Is there an installation video for Classic Connect?

Yes, you can view it here: Installation Video.

Does Classic Connect support haptic feedback?

Yes, the board includes solder pads to easily add a haptic module.

What gauge wire is recommended for soldering the USB Sync Pads to the iPod?

Any wire capable of handling 2 amps at 5 volts.

Is soldering required for Classic Connect?

No soldering is needed for Bluetooth and USB-C charging. However, for USB-C data transfer, three wires need to be soldered to the mainboard. Instructions are available here: Soldering Guide.

In the soldering diagram, do I need to connect the audio output to the data pins?

You'll need a MUX for USB-Audio output, as explained in our guide. Connect it to D+ and D-, then wire up the audio and data.


WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided items are in their original condition and packaging. Additional charges may apply if not. Visit our Returns Policy for more details.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, Classic Connect comes with a 1-year warranty. All other products have a 90-day warranty. If you experience any issues, please contact us, and we’ll ensure you're satisfied. Read our full Warranty Policy.
