Standard handling time is 1 working day, after an order has been placed.

International Customs Duties & Import Taxes
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
Lost Packages
In the event a package is lost by the delivery courier, a refund will be processed once the courier verifies the package is in fact lost and has refunded us the money. We can offer another item to be issued, if the item has been deemed permanently lost, please contact cs@moonlit.market.
International Parcel Forwarding
Orders placed using the services of any international mail/parcel forwarding service will not be accepted unless confirmed with and approved by moonlit.market beforehand by contacting cs@moonlit.market. Orders must be addressed to the intended recipient's delivery address unless confirmed and approved by moonlit.market. Any & all orders placed utilizing an international mail/parcel forwarding service will be promptly canceled & refunded unless confirmed and approved by moonlit.market.
Cleared payment
A payment is considered “cleared” after your payment has been deposited into the seller's account. If you pay using credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However, if you pay by check, money order, or eCheck, your payment may take several days to clear.
